2.3 Check-In Data

When members use the punch-in kiosk, we record the check-in and check-out timestamps along with the associated member punch code. This data is used to display live attendance and activity logs within your dashboard.

2.4 Usage & Technical Data

We may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This helps us improve the Platform, diagnose issues, and display region-appropriate pricing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Gymryx platform.
• Process member check-ins and display real-time attendance data.
• Send account-related emails such as welcome emails to new members and invite links for team members.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.

Gymryx uses essential cookies to operate the Platform, including:

• Region cookie — to determine your approximate region and display relevant pricing. This cookie contains only a general region identifier.

We retain your account data and associated gym data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation.
