1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gymryx ("the Platform"), available at app.gymryx.com and gymryx.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Gymryx is a cloud-based gym management platform that enables gym owners and fitness businesses to manage members, track check-ins via a punch-in kiosk, schedule classes, record payments, manage team roles (Owner, Manager, Trainer), manage multiple branches, view reports and analytics, and customize the platform with whitelabel branding.

3. Account Registration

To use Gymryx, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and gym name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@gymryx.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Gymryx offers a paid subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Gymryx reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
• All subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, you may contact support@gymryx.com and we will review your request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission.

6. Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Gymryx, including member information, payment records, and attendance logs. Gymryx does not claim ownership over your data.

By using the Platform, you grant Gymryx a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Team Members & Roles

As an account owner, you may invite team members and assign them roles (Owner, Manager, or Trainer). You are responsible for the actions of any team members you invite to your gym workspace. You may revoke access at any time.

8. Punch-In Kiosk

The check-in kiosk is a publicly accessible page designed for use at your gym's front desk. You are responsible for ensuring the kiosk is used appropriately within your premises. Gymryx is not liable for any misuse of the kiosk by unauthorized individuals.

9. Service Availability

Gymryx strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gymryx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Gymryx's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Gymryx in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

Gymryx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@gymryx.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
